Since day one, Sugarshack production has been a "By snowboarder, For snowboarder" video company. Having Etienne Tremblay, ex pro snowboarder, in charge of most of the operations explains why the riders are so involved in the making of the movies.
What started as the DLX Shop promotional local video in Québec city, six year ago, has now turned into a full on, international production. Passion for the sport is what drives the company and the riders to build a different image to the industry. Progressive and technical riding have separated Sugarshack production from other film companies and has helped them gain a worldwide reputation of street specialists.
This season, the company is bringing a new flavor to their product by making the full switch from 16mm to HD cameras. European and Canadian well known riders have now joined the crew and are spicing up this year's new release. The line up and the team has changed over time, but the desire to reflect what snowboarding is all about is stronger then ever. So if you are in for a snowboard treat, make sure to check out their new movie "Pleasure Inc.".
